If you don't have lots of money to spend to create your own home gym, you might consider fitness equipment leasing. There's another good aspect to leasing instead of purchasing, if you grow tired of a particular machine, or you wish to work on a different muscle group, you can merely return that piece of equipment and rent another; of course, the disadvantage is you don't end up with the equipment no matter how long you have it unless there's a clause to that effect in the lease contract.

Because most fitness equipment leasing companies are reasonably priced, you'll also find that it doesn't put quite so much of a dent in your wallet as purchasing the equipment might. They also have equipment of all kinds that you can lease. The big names in the fitness industry are there. If you have a preference for keys fitness equipment, then they can be what you rent.

Cybex fitness equipment would be in the realm of bikes and steppers. They carry many unique models with features that you won't see with other companies.

If kids fitness equipment is more what you're looking for, you can find equipment which has an internal base of Bunji cords rather than hefty metal weights. These Bunji cord versions tend to have simple levers that you pull out and push in so there's no fingers to be smashed in-between the weights like there would be if you were leasing ones with metal weights that are lifted by cables.

One alternative to leasing is to purchase used gym equipment, cheap. There tend to be many second-hand shops for the sale of home gym equipment. Near my house is a used sports store, where I purchased weight bar and free weights as well as two dumbbell bars with quick-release sleeves. You don't have to pay more than about $100 if you go that way. Just purchase (or rent) a set of dumbbells and a bench. I use my computer to print out a monthly plan that includes such things as leg lifts, curl and reverse curl, bench press, bent over rowing, squats, military press, etc. I have a column where I put the reps, and a column to put the date. In a year I gained much muscle doing it this way, and you would too. All fitness equipment leasing plans might include the possibility of leasing free weights, as well as machines, just in case you don't keep up with the regimen after you begin it.

Unfortunately, at the beginning, everything seems to be easy. Then, when you get hurt the first time, or when you see how much effort it takes to continue with your plan¡­ you give up. You shouldn't do that. Muscles get strained, and if you work your way through those time periods it'll work its way out and you'll be back again at the levels you were at. Don't you think that smooth abs are worth it? Isn't the way your girlfriend glances at your butt a good reason to continue? Yes, I know that it's easy to just stop and never do it again, but if you utilize fitness equipment leasing plans, then you will have equipment right on-hand. You won't have to have excuses not to do your exercises any more.
